CZE Hair x Portier Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    This giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia only. Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  2. Promotion Period
    The giveaway begins on Monday 17th March 2025 and closes on Sunday, 23rd March 2025 at 11:59 PM (NZDT). The winner will be drawn at random and announced via Instagram Stories on Monday, 24th March 2025.

  3. How to Enter
    To enter the giveaway, participants must:
    a) Like the giveaway post on Instagram.
    b) Follow both @czehair and @portier.australia on Instagram.
    c) Tag at least one friend in the comments section of the giveaway post. Multiple tags are allowed and will count as additional entries.

    No purchase necessary.

  4. Winner Selection
    The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be announced on @czehair Instagram Stories on Monday, 24th March 2025.

  5. Prize
    The prize pack includes:

    • * CZE Refine Pack (Refine Wash, Conditioner, Serum + Comb)
      * Portier Vanity Beauty Case
      * Portier Carrier

    • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

  6. Notification of Winner
    The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM from the @czehair account. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.

  7. General Conditions
    a) By entering the giveaway, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
    b) The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
    c) By entering, you grant CZE Hair permission to use your name, Instagram handle, and image for promotional purposes, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
    d) CZE Hair reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with the rules or engages in fraudulent activity.

  8. Privacy
    Personal information collected for this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

  9. Liability
    Portier and CZE Hair are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur in connection with the prize or participation in the giveaway.

  10. Modification or Termination
    Portier and CZE Hair reserve the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time, without prior notice, if circumstances arise that are beyond their control.

    This giveaway is governed by the laws of New Zealand and Australia.
